A new way to record, track and monitor homework at Wallingford School.
We are excited to be launching Show My Homework, an online tool to help you keep track of your child's homework.
Show My Homework will allow you to see the details of the tasks your child has been set, as well as its submission status and grades.
✓ 24/7 access
✓ Apps available for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Android devices
✓ Receive automated notifications before homework is due
You will be provided with login details to your personal account, ready-linked to your child’s homework calendar, but you don’t have to wait for that: simply visit wallingford.showmyhomework.co.uk to view our school’s live homework calendar. There is also a link at the top of this page and links from the VLE.

GCSE Results 2015 - 84% 5 A* - C grades with English and Maths
This has been a very good year group to work with, so when we came into school in the morning we were hoping for our best results. There was even talk of 80% of students getting 5 A* to C grades, with English and Maths. Imagine our delight when we realised it was 84%. In fact we checked it several times to be sure.
The results are wonderful, and just reward for teachers who do so much more than anyone could reasonably ask (supported by a committed team of associate staff), a group of young people who set and meet high standards for themselves and parents who were the difference when things did not go so smoothly. Results like this occur when almost everything comes together perfectly.
It is a very happy school to work and study in, but it will feel even happier as we return to these results in September. Then the work starts again.
Everyone concerned should feel very proud of themselves.
A Level Results 2015
The students and teachers concerned are to be congratulated on today's A Level examination results. 36% of all A Levels sat were graded A or A*,which is a remarkably high standard, and 7% up on last year. We all hope these grades encourage young people to go on and achieve even greater things in the future.
In Memory of Liz Worsell
It is with great sadness that we mark the passing of Liz Worsell, who was a much-loved colleague and teacher at Wallingford from 1992 to 2011.
She was a committed teacher of RE and English and spent the latter part of her career on the Senior Leadership Team. She had many formal responsibilities but saw her principal one as looking after people and ensuring everyone had their fair share of fun. Liz was the first to spot if someone was struggling and was equally quick to ensure something was done to help them.
Everyone will have their favourite among the many memories of her joy for life. A strong one is the enthusiasm she had for telling everyone how she achieved a childhood ambition to work as a cowboy (sic) on a ranch in the American West this year. Hers was a very full life until the very end.
Liz loved her partner Rob and her family very much and our thoughts are very much with them. It is a huge loss, but being alongside Liz was a great privilege as well.
